Refunds: Items qualify for a refund if they are flawed or quality of the printing is poor and the item is unused and in its original condition.

You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.

Any issues with your product(s), please submit a claim through by emailing us at spicyhotdesigns@icloud.com. You will need your order number and your email address used when placing the order along with the reason for the return/refund.

Not eligible for a Refund: All unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

Covered at our expense: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Orders deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at spicyhotdesigns@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
