Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that this does not include shipping/delivery time.
Most orders are completed and shipped within approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on product availability and the items ordered. During sales events, periods of high demand, or peak holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. By placing an order through SpicyHot Designs website, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Sales and Discounts:
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined or applied to current, past, or future orders.
Rush orders will incur a Rush Processing Fee, along with any applicable fees for upgraded shipping services.
All orders are shipped via FedEX, DHL, or USPS (standard or Priority Mail). Express (for faster shipping) is available upon request in your check out.
• Shipping: 4-8 business days (approximately).
• Express: 2-6 business days (approximately).
If International shipping is offered:
Canada Shipping: 4-10 business days (approximately).
Mexico Shipping: 8-14 business days (approximately).
NOTE: No shipping to a PO (Post office box) number.
Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges at this time, because your order is considered custom.
If you receive an item in error due to our mistake, I will promptly work with you to resolve the issue – as long as I am notified within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Damages:
Again I will make sure you are taken care of if you have any damaged items. These must me reported to SpicyHotDesigns@icloud.com within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations are not available after you have placed your order. Also no returns or exchanges are available on custom orders.
Unisex Apparel:
Unfortunately not at this time. But in the future we do plan to have Gift Certificates available for all our customers to purchase.
